For those residents who require intensive rehabilitative care, an array of therapy programs are coordinated and offered in and from the facility’s
on-site therapy unit, gymnasium and occupational therapy apartment. When therapy goals are attained and the Resident prepares to return home, the staff conducts an at-home evaluation to assist the Resident in making the transition to home as easy as possible.
